Power+ Executive Evolution

Power+ was formed by Don Power following the collaboration of a number of coaches and trainers in the field of executive development and personal growth. It became apparent that the existing traditional training, mentoring and personal development programs fell short of the mark when it came to enabling clients to make real, measurable and worthwhile changes to the way they operate and the results they achieve.

What was required was an approach that went beyond traditional psychology, beyond the established executive training models. If people were really going to make profound and lasting changes in performance, a far broader and deeper approach was warranted. With this in mind, a core group of coaches, trainers and mentors was created. Each one of them play an integral part in formulating a rich model of training, coaching and personal development that is truly unique.

Today Power+ operates as a recognisable source of quality executive coaching and training. It brings together the very latest advances in understanding and application of cognitive behavioural sciences. Power+ utilises a diverse range of training materials, trainers and instruments that are totally focused on empowering people make the behavioural changes they want and accordingly, achieve the results they are capable of.

His role at that time was focused on selection, training and retention of sales agents and other staff. It was the challenges that this task presented that prompted him to begin studies into human behaviour and the search for “What Makes Winners Tick?”

Don has extensive background in sales and marketing spanning nearly 30 years. This experience includes senior sales management positions with Ford Motor Company's Australian Operations before entering the top end of the Commercial property market with the international property firm, Richard Ellis's Australian Office. His career accomplishments include positioning and creating unique product opportunities in the automotive field and major property transactions in the Commercial Real Estate market.

For over 15 years Don has focused his attention to developing executives and leaders to reach their full potential. His clients include many major Australian companies including BHP Billiton and Colliers International and other multi nationals like Siemens, American Insurance Group and Phillip Morris. These companies realise the importance of grooming executives both with skills as well as the inner resources that true leaders require in a fast changing business landscape.

Don has an extensive background in sales and marketing spanning nearly 30 years. This experience started with sales management positions with Ford Motor Company's Australian Distribution Operations before entering the top end of the Commercial property market with Richard Ellis's Australian Office.

His career accomplishments include positioning and creating unique product opportunities in the automotive field and property transactions with multi million dollar commissions in the Commercial Real Estate market. The key in all of these endeavours was the establishment of Relationship Marketing Principals.

In 1992 Don made a profound change in his marketing approach that offered him a chance to utilize his vast experiences. He undertook tertiary studies in Cognitive Behavioural sciences and now operates an International Executive Excellence Training & Coaching business in Queensland Australia.

He acts as an Executive Coach and Trainer for some of Australia's most successful business people as well as coaching and training in various parts of South East Asia. Don is a Master Practitioner, Certified Coach and Trainer in the fields of Neuro Semantics and Neuro Linguistics Programming. He works with people in all walks of life and business.

Don conducts regular group and 1 on 1 trainings and coaching assignments designed to assist clients reach success and excellence in their career, sporting pursuits as well as personal relationship and life goals. Don also undertakes informative and entertaining keynote speaking engagements.
