Keynote Speaking

Keynote Speaking

The opportunity to gather a great number of key employees and managers to a single training event is often not logistically possible. With this in mind, we have created a number of keynote addresses that will begin the process of change (and that is why we undertake training, isn't it?) and open the possibility of excellence.

These short, lively and insightful keynote topics can be adapted to suit time frames of between one and three hours depending on the audience and the outcome required. They are sharp, entertaining and provocative. They demonstrate the core of our work and provide an environment where we can effect change in the workplace

Typical Keynote Topics:

Understanding Motivation & Human Behaviour

What would it be like if you understood how motivation worked, for yourself and all the others you interact with? This is an active and entertaining look at what really motivates people. I go way beyond simply focusing on goals by addressing the reasons for our behaviours, even those we are not conscious of.

Rapport: The Essential Lubricant of All Communication

Just imagine being able to establish rapport in a matter of seconds. Regardless of whether we are involved in sales, management or building relationships, communication and rapport are vital keys. The basis of all communication and relationships is the notion of rapport. This lively and provoking session opens many previously misunderstood elements of rapport and communication.

Change Your Mind & Keep The Change

We find that many organisations would really like to change old, unproductive habits but simply don’t know how. This topic is based on the best selling book by Connirae and Steve Andreas. It explores what is involved in creating lasting and generative change both at the organisational and the personal level. It explains the basic requirements of change and gives live demonstrations of change taking place with members of the audience. A must if you are seeking an organisational paradigm shift.

What would you change, if you could?

"OK - Lets Do It!" - Again dealing with change. In this case, exploring the things we would change if we could. Many organisations and executives feel powerless when it comes to changing the things that would really make a difference. This session takes a good hard look at these issues and we discover that really, it is all available to us now. All we need to do is change.

Bridging the Knowing/Doing gap

Have you spent significant sums in the past on training that has not been put to practice? Cash in on the training you've already done by bridging the Knowing – Doing Gap. This topic deals with the gap that exists between what we know, and what we actually do. This flows from the question "Do you know something that you can do to do what you do better?" Most of us can answer "YES" to that question. Then we examine how we can actually release the glue that holds us back from real success.

Overcoming Procrastination - Right Now!

Just imagine being able to remove procrastination as quickly as you can read this sentence. It can be that easy. This is a most entertaining and informative look at how we procrastinate and how we can overcome it. Whilst there is a large degree of humour involved, most people come away from this session with a new “Get on and do it now!” attitude.

Take The Hand Brake off - Understanding Motivation.

What is it that is really holding you back? Just imagine what would happen if you were to release that hand brake of limitation and get moving right now. Here we deal with what it is standing between ourselves and ultimate success. Here we examine elements in our individual worlds and design specific strategies for creating greater forward momentum. Real audience examples are dealt with and demonstrations provide an entertaining and purposeful display of just how simple it can be to create that propulsion needed to win.
