Power+ Executive Evolution Profile Tools
Power+ Executive Evolution has created a unique NLP based profile instrument that allows a person to better understand their own operating patterns, values and beliefs based upon a series of questions where their preferences are determined. The assessment is available to executives who are considering working with a suitably qualified Power+ Coach or one of our Executive Evolution clients who have undergone specific training in the interpretation of the assessment. This interpretation will allow the coaching candidate to truly understand their full potential and continue their development with clear benchmarks they can work toward.
There are four separate sections that are taken into account. You may have only been assigned to specific areas. If this is the case, only complete those sections. The four sections are:
Section 1: This is of a general nature and takes into account a person’s views on many and varied subjects. A client need not complete all of these responses however the more information they are able to provide, the greater the benefit from the process.
Section 2: Here we look at a series of operating patterns that most people encounter regularly. This provides valuable insights into how a person is currently operating and where they have the greatest potential for future growth and development.
Section 3: Within this section there are a series of questions that will assist the client in understanding how they view their environment and the world in which they operate. This provides valuable information for those seeking to expand their options and achieve greater potential.
Section 4: We live in an ever changing world and for people to reap attain their full potential, they need to be able to embrace change and work with it. With this section we examine a person’s pre-disposition to changes in their environment and how they will work with that change.
This assessment is best undertaken in a single sitting and there are a number of important points to keep in mind as you work through the process.
Answer the questions as honestly as possible. The greater transparency you offer here, the greater the real rewards from the process overall.
The process is best undertaken with a particular context in mind. This may be your career or the work you do. It may be your health, your relationships or your overall prosperity. Regardless of what context you use, be sure to answer each question in the same general context.
Respond to each point “as you think and operate today” rather than how you would like to think you can operate. Respond as you really are and your real untapped future potential will be made available to you.
If at all possible, complete the designated sections in a single sitting. Each section should take about 20 – 25 minutes to complete.
