From time to time we find it beneficial to engage other co-trainers to join with us in delivering specialised trainings where particular expertise will benefit the client. These trainers are qualified specialists in their area and bring added resources and style to our programs.
Sow Chorng Chun (C.C. Sow)Sow is a Malaysian national with a real passion for executive and personal development. With an extensive background in the financial services field, he has developed a unique and distinctive style as an executive trainer and coach with particular emphasis on multi cultural groups and sales management and performance issues. Sow’s background offers an excellent platform for assignments in the fields of leadership, sales team development and management with particular emphasis on staff selection and retention.
Sow has been Certified as a Master Practitioner in Neuro Semantics and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NS-NLP). He is also a Registered Financial Planner (RFP), a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), a Chartered Financial Consultant. (ChFC).
As fluent speaker of Mandarin, Berhasa Malaysia and English, he is able adapt program material to suit a wide variety of audiences, ensuring that the true intended meaning is maintained for non English speakers. Our experience tells us that this also has the effect of encouraging delegate participation from this group as well as ensuring a more complete understanding of the program content. Sow is most passionate about the work he does. He brings energy, liveliness and humour to the programs and is quick to ensure that the material and the delivery are exactly appropriate to the needs and outcomes of each delegate.
