Why POWER+ Training

Most people who have been doing a certain job for a reasonable length of time, already know the What to do, When and How to do it. If results aren’t as expected, it is rarely a matter of skills training. The difference that makes the difference isn’t more skills. It is more often than not, the frame of mind.

We focus our training on the Why they do their job. That is, we uncover the deeper Purpose behind why they are doing what they are doing. We are then able to develop the “What If” model that leads to growth and development. It is in this largely unexplored area of “What If” where new and exciting ways of operating and doing your business are generated from creativity, imagination, resourcefulness and true inspiration.

Our training and coaching is structured in such a way that an air of discovery and exploration are engendered and people are encouraged to seek new and exciting ways of looking at old problems. The result is that old and limiting beliefs fall aside and make way for clearer and more appropriate processes, more in keeping with modern communication and positive behavioural styles.

As a certified master practitioner, Coach and Trainer in Neuro Semantics and N.L.P. I incorporate and make use of the latest communication methods and change technologies as I deliver each program. The training and coaching process becomes one of self discovery. As a result, behavioural options are increased and new opportunities are identified. Personal growth begins immediately.

Trainees become aware of their own values (Purpose or Why) and the result is a renewed drive and focus on their career and corporate goals. They discover new ways of doing old tasks. Obstacles suddenly become challenges. Problems become tests of their resourcefulness and ability. The changes are truly amazing.

People are a company's most important asset however they don't appear on any balance sheet or depreciation schedule. If the people within a business are not well maintained, confident, focused and optimistic for one reason or another, this will impact on the overall results achieved.

Our one-on-one coaching is specifically tailored to each person we work with. No two programs are ever the same. The benefits this confidential 1 on 1 time brings are tremendous. Independent coaching is specific, objective and far more palatable because it comes from an external consultant rather than from within the organization.

A coaching program is written in direct response to highlights we discover through several entry assessments and a Detailed Personal History session. Areas identified and agreed to as needing attention are then included in a program prepared especially for the person we are working with. This is results driven and tailored to the agreed time frame and budget.
